Service Overview:
We provide professional cleaning services through the TURNO platform. All bookings and payments are securely processed via TURNO and Stripe. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Customer Responsibility:
Please provide accurate booking details. Before service begins, secure all cash, valuables, and fragile items. We are not responsible for items left unsecured.

Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or loss of items not properly stored. In the event of damage caused by our staff’s proven negligence, our liability is limited to the total service fee paid for that appointment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time are fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Company Cancellations:
If we must cancel a booking for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.

Service Issues:
Any service-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours after completion.
Upon review, we may offer a complimentary re-clean of the affected area.
Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Privacy Policy
Information Collection:
We collect necessary personal information (name, address, booking details) through TURNO for service delivery. Payment details are securely processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.

Use of Information:
Your data is used solely for providing the service, processing payments, and communicating about your booking.

Data Sharing:
We do not share your personal data with any third parties other than TURNO and Stripe, as required to fulfill your booking.

利用規約

サービス概要:
当社は、TURNOプラットフォームを通じて清掃サービスを提供しています。予約およびお支払いは、TURNOおよびStripeを介して安全に処理されます。サービスを予約された時点で、本利用規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

お客様の責任:
正確な予約情報をご入力ください。サービス開始前に、現金・貴重品・壊れやすい物はお客様ご自身で安全に保管してください。

責任の制限:
サービス前から存在する損傷、または適切に保管されていなかった物品の紛失・破損について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。スタッフの明確な過失により損害が発生した場合、当社の賠償責任は該当サービス料金を上限とします。

返金・キャンセルポリシー

お客様によるキャンセル:
サービス開始の24時間前までのキャンセルは全額返金いたします。
24時間以内のキャンセルは返金不可となります。

当社によるキャンセル:
当社の都合によりキャンセルする場合、料金を全額返金いたします。

サービスに関する問題:
サービス完了後24時間以内にご連絡ください。内容を確認の上、必要と判断した場合は該当箇所の再清掃を行います。
完了済みサービスの返金対応は行いません。

プライバシーポリシー

取得情報:
TURNOを通じて、氏名・住所・予約情報などのサービス提供に必要な情報を取得します。決済情報はStripeによって安全に処理され、当社では保管いたしません。

利用目的:
取得した情報は、サービス提供・決済処理・予約に関する連絡のみに使用します。

第三者提供:
TURNOおよびStripeを除き、第三者にお客様情報を提供することはありません。
